I was so excited to order this product. When it arrived I was shocked at the size of the box. It was small! Once I took it out and put the cover on, it fluffed up. The zipper on one area barely functions which will make the "easy to take off and wash cover" not very easy. The cover was lighter in color than I expected (the green scales) and will show dirt very easily. My first two nights sleeping with it, I woke up with horrible neck pain. It has been sitting on the floor beside my bed ever since. Very disappointed. I hope I can find a friend who will like it and find it useful. :-(
