10 Years Full Replacement Limited Mattress Warranty 


Queen Rose warrants that your mattress, including any included components, is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the mattress and is non transferable. 


What is Covered?
During the warranty period, Queen Rose will, at its discretion, repair or replace any mattress or mattress component(s) that is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to: 

  • Sagging or indentations exceeding 1 inch not caused by improper use or improper foundational support
  • Manufacturing flaws such as loose stitching or separated seams 
  • Physical flaws in the foam or spring materials, leading to cracks, splits or other defects 
  • Any other defects related to the craftsmanship or materials used in the mattress

What is NOT covered
This warranty does not cover the following: 

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor cosmetic changes that do not affect the mattress’ performance or integrity 
  • Comfort preference changes, including variations in mattress firmness, which is bound to change overtime 
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance, including stains, burns or odours 
  • Mattresses purchased from unauthorised dealers or resellers 
  • Mattresses used in a commercial or non-residential environment 
      • Transportation or shipping costs associated with the warranty claims
  • Mattresses with the law label removed or altered 
    • Mattresses that leaves the US 
    • Replacement(s) of another piece in the Queen Rose sleep system, unless other pieces is also defective 


    Making Your Claim:
    Follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim within the 30-night trial period:

    1.  Contact our Customer Care at support@queenrose.com and provide your order details such as proof of purchase, which must include the date of purchase and mattress model. Our Customer Care professionals will guide you through the return or exchange process.

    2.  Queen Rose may require an inspection of the mattress to determine eligibility for warranty coverage. 

    1. If your warranty claim is approved, Queen Rose will either repair or replace the defective mattress or component, at our discretion. 
    2. Transportation and shipping costs associated with repairs and replacements eligible for warranty coverage are to be borne by the purchaser.
    3. No new / extended warranty will be issued for any replaced / repaired product. The warranty of the replaced or repaired product shall continue to run the warranty period as per the purchase date of the initial product. 
    4. In the event the purchaser wished to upgrade a product of a higher retail / selling price, he or she may do so by paying the difference between the original product purchased and the product of the higher selling price. Under such circumstances of product upgrading, a new warranty will be issued to the new product purchased. In the event the purchaser wishes to downgrade to a lower priced item, there will not be a refund of the cost difference. 

    Limitations
    This warranty is your exclusive remedy and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages. In no event shall Queen Rose’s liability exceed the purchase price of the mattress.

    Legal Rights
    This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state, Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you 


    By purchasing a mattress from Queen Rose, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this warranty. This Warranty is subject to change and may be updated periodically. Please refer to our website or contact our customer care for the most up-to-date warranty information.

    All warranty claims need to be pre-approved and authorised. Queen Rose reserves the rights to reject all unauthorised and unapproved returns of products to our warehouse. In the event an unauthorised warranty product is received at our warehouse, we will notify the purchaser and provide up to 10 working days to arrange for collection before discarding any uncollected and unauthorised returns. Queen Rose shall not be liable for any loss or damage of unauthorised returns of goods in our warehouse.

    1 Year Limited Bedding Warranty 


    Who and What Does this Warranty Cover?
    The U-shaped, E-shaped, F-shaped pillow, duvet, comforter, mattress topper are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty (the “bedding Warranty”), effective on the date of purchase, and is made available to beddings manufactured by for Queen Rose and that are purchased directly from Queen Rose or Queen Rose’s authorised retailers. This Bedding Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. 


    Queen Rose warrants the bedding, when sold to you, in its original packaging, against confirmed defects in material and workmanship (‘Defects’), as set forth below, for a period of one (1) year from the time your bedding is purchased by you, provided the bedding is only used for its intended purpose(s) 

    This limited Bedding Warranty only extends to the original purchaser of Bedding. All Queen Rose warranties, including any implied warranties, are valid only for one (1) year the Bedding is owned by the original purchaser. The “Original Purchaser” for the purposes of this Bedding Warranty, is the first purchaser of the Bedding from Queen Rose or a Queen Rose authorised retailer, Please retain a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of purpose. All Queen Rose limited warranties are non-transferable. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation on implied warranties may not apply to you. 

    What does the Warranty NOT Cover: 

    This limited bedding warranty does not cover the following:

    • Normal increases in softening and settling of materials, or any other normal wear and tear
    • Physical abuse or damage to the structure and /or cover material, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, moisture damage or stains; provided the defect is caused by such abuse or damage 
    • Any bedding (whether manufactured by Queen Rose or otherwise) not sold by resellers or individual who are not authorised retailers

    Your Remedies Under the Warranty 

    In the event of an acknowledged defect , Queen Rose’s sole and exclusive liability and your sole remedy under this limited Bedding Warranty shall, at Queen Rose’s option, to provide replacement bedding or to provide a refund, subject to your fulfilment of “How to Make a Claim” below. Refunds are based on the original purchase price and may be pro-rated by Queen Rose according to the remaining validity period of the Bedding Warranty. Refunds are excluding shipping and handling fees discussed below. 


    How to Make a Claim? 

    To make a claim, simply drop us an email on support@queenrose.com and our customer service personnel will attend to your request. Please note that approval of claim is based on case-by-case basis and our service personnel may require additional information such as your address, email, purchase / order details and images to process with the claim request.

    Please note that under no circumstances will our customer service personnel be requesting for your identity, full card or payment account details such as  your CVV or security number.

    Any claims / returns will be valid once our customer service personnel has confirmed the request via email notification. Any returns of goods without valid notification shall not be entertained and Queen Rose shall not be liable for any missing and / or damage of goods and shipping fees of such returns.
