Mattress Return Policy

    • Every QUEEN ROSE mattress comes with a 100-night trial, so you can try QUEEN ROSE in the comfort of your own home. Only your first QUEEN ROSE mattress purchase (one mattress per household or shipping/billing address) includes the 100-night trial and free return. It may take a few nights to adjust to your QUEEN ROSE mattress. You are required to try your mattress for at least 30 nights (which starts the day it’s delivered). This will allow your body ample time to adjust to the feel of a new mattress and for the mattress to settle into your new home and get to know you a bit better.
    • If you’re still not happy after 30 nights, you can contact the QUEEN ROSE Customer Service Center at support@queenrose.com for a return.** All mattresses must be clean and undamaged to be eligible for a return. Damages include (but are not limited to): ripped or torn cover fabric, stained fabric, broken zippers, punctured or ripped foam or burned mattress cover.
    • Return shipping/delivery fees apply to any permitted returns. Any permissible return must be authorized first. No unauthorized returns are allowed. You can contact the QUEEN ROSE Customer Service Center at support@queenrose.com for a return. We do not initiate returns on chat, phone, or social media. Any “gift-with-purchase” promotional items must also be returned or their full retail value will be deducted from any return refund unless prohibited by law.
    • If you love your QUEEN ROSE mattress(which, we think you will!), after your 100-night trial period has expired, rest assured that you’re covered by our 10-year limited mattress warranty.

     

    Pillow, Bedding, & Accessories Return Policy

    • We hope you love our bedroom accessories as much as we do. If you choose to return your pillow, bedding, & accessories return policy, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery. All accessory items must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition. Charges will apply if products are destroyed or damaged.
    • Return shipping/delivery fees apply to any permitted returns. Any permissible return must be authorized first. No unauthorized returns are allowed. If you’re still not happy within 30-night warranty, you can contact the QUEEN ROSE Customer Service Center at support@queenrose.com for a return. We do not initiate returns on chat, phone, or social media. Any “gift-with-purchase” promotional items must also be returned or their full retail value will be deducted from any return refund unless prohibited by law.

     

    RETURN PROCEDURE

    Procedure for Good Condition Product

    After trialling, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your QUEEN ROSE products, please following the below steps:

    • 1. Please send your order id, name and return reason to support@queenrose.com.
    • 2. Our support team will send you the detailed returning address and instructions after we received your email. Please note that customer needs to cover the shipping cost unless the item you receive is defective.
    • 3. Please make sure the QUEEN ROSE Products should be clean and free of any debris or pet hair. Items must be returned in their original bag - and undamaged and send us the tracking number of the item after you send out the item.
    • 4. We will return the money at once after our warehouse received the item. And you will receive the refund with 3-7 days.

    Procedure for Defective Product

    • 1. Please send your order id, name, product problem and photo of the defective product to support@queenrose.com.
    • 2. Our support team will need 1-2 days to Investigate the order and reply you with 3 days.
    • 3. After we confirm the order and we will return the money at once, and the customers do not need to return the product. And you will receive the refund with 3-7 days.
    Note: If your return reason is because of item defective or broken before you using, QUEEN ROSE guarantee 100% money refund and customer do not need to cover any returning cost. Otherwise, please follow the requirements above when you return the items. The QUEEN ROSE Products should be clean and free of any debris or pet hair. Items must be returned in their original bag - and undamaged. QUEEN ROSE reserves the right to apply a 40% fee to the products that are returned in poor condition.

    THIRD PARTY SELLER PURCHASES

    • As a brand, Queen Rose is currently distributed through Amazon, Walmart and Wayfair in addition to the official shop.
    • Other third parties are not authorised. Your order, purchase, receipt or use of any Product provided by any Third Party Seller is a transaction solely between you and such. do not belong to the scope of Queen Rose after-sales. For return and warranty, please contact the Third Party Seller.
    • Third Party Seller. Each Third Party Seller may have their own terms, guidelines or rules ,and you are fully responsible for reviewing and abiding by any such terms, guidelines or rules before you engage in any transaction.

    ADDITITIONAL TERMS

    • The refund will be returned to your account in the original payment method.
    • The amount refunded will be the purchase price paid by you for the returned item, including sales tax charged with respect to the item. If you purchased a product using an offer code, the dollar value of the offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all products are returned.
